1.Outsourcing Behaviors, Attitudes, Beliefs, and Intentions In this section ISR explores the current state of the industry in terms of service provider brand perceptions and use. Specifically, we outline which Phase IV service providers are considered leaders in the industry; which have the greatest proposal penetration into the sponsor community; which service providers have the most and least favorable price perceptions; and which are reportedly being used most for Phase IV services.
